SUP DOG: Yoga on the Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) with Jessica in the Hamptons throughout the Spring & Summer Seasons!
These classes combine traditional yoga postures with the added FUN of floating on a stand up paddleboard in flat water. Led by Jessica Bellofatto of KamaDeva Yoga, we will paddle for 20-30 minutes to an awesome location, and then move through an intelligently designed sequence of postures targeting the legs, butt, abs, back and arms, opening up the breath, quieting the mind, and moving into greater alignment with ourselves and the natural beauty that surrounds us out on the water.

Dream Weawer: 8 Threads of Light with Jenna Minardi
I was dutifully and happily engaged in building my family and my home base, when the calling came... Looking back one year ago I now know that the calling came from the mountain tops. It was time to come home. I embarked on a journey to study the healing methods of the Incas. Never before was the picture so cohesive. I entered open hearted and minded into the study of the Four Winds Institute light body school. I now enjoy a depth and connection like never before, a connection to nature in all it's forms. A deep peace has entered into my realm of everyday living and yes, it is a practice. It is from this place I offer:
The Dream Weaver ~ 8 Threads of Light
8 practices derived from a lifetime of seeking to develop personal awareness and awaken our true hearts desire. Then to weave those awakened dreams into our destiny. With ritual, movement for body and soul and opening doors to the mystical and sacred, we journey together to commune with the Devine within us all. Teachings from the study of Yoga and the Native Indians of South and North America and other mystical traditions. PS. I'm still happily and dutifully building my family, just with more grace.
Details: At KamaDeva Yoga in East Hampton. Cost $70.
