Amrita CBD Review

Amrita Review

You may have heard of CBD oil. If you haven’t, it’s a brand new alternative remedy that’s taking the health industry by storm. Its mass manufacturing has been perfectly timed with the legalization of cannabis in many American states, making it that much easier for you to access alternative, natural medicine.

Research suggests that CBD oil can help with a number of different health issues, including back pain, depression, and anxiety. There are many companies out there claiming to sell high-quality CBD oil products. You can trust them all, though.

Let’s give one of them a review and determine if they’re worth investing in.

Amrita: The Details

It’s easy to imagine why Amrita is so obsessed with finding ties between mythology, Buddhism, and the consuming of hemp. As an alternative, arguably Eastern medicine, it’s seen as a remedy that invokes the mysterious and wondrous.

Coming across an alternative option like this that can effectively help with a myriad of health issues could be seen as some kind of miracle. However, it doesn’t matter how much Amrita may try to church it up – if they don’t have scientific backing behind their claims, then they’re not going to get too far with their products.

Amrita has a particular fondness for Vedic mythology. This type of storytelling focuses on cannabis as nectar, found in Oceans of Milk for the purpose of harmony and healing. They also go into Buddhism on their website as well, citing a particular niche within the belief that tells of Buddha living exclusively off hemp seeds for a number of years.

If you are particularly partial to learning more about how marijuana has been involved in Eastern mythology over the years, Amrita is the place to be. However, if you’re looking for high-quality products that come with substantial evidence of this quality, then you are going to be disappointed.

Amrita does include in their mission statement how vital it is to them to provide their customers with a quality product that they can stand by. However, this desire quickly fell on deaf ears when we discovered that they couldn’t provide the source of their hemp plants.

Amrita is also not doing so well on the lab testing front, either. They’re more than happy to make claims on their site, though, and these are surprisingly bold considering they don’t have any verification.

They claim that a robust third-party lab tests all their products for impurities and foreign matter. If this is the case, where is their Certificate of Analysis or lab test report? Without these forms of information, there’s no way that you or we can definitively trust Amrita’s claims.

These are not the only areas that Amrita fails in, though. Most companies currently selling CBD and hemp oil deliberately leave THC out of their tinctures. This is because the vast majority of customers wants to be able to benefit from the nutrients of CBD, without getting high.

Amrita has made the questionable choice to include THC in their tinctures. This means that they have to verify that you’re 21 years and over to be able to purchase their products.

They sell these products for as little as $45, all the way up to $108.

Final Thoughts

Like many other companies that we’ve reviewed at this end of the scale, there’s just not enough information for us to confidently say that Amrita makes high-quality CBD oil products.

We have no idea whether Amrita hasn’t bothered to get their products lab tested, or if they’re deliberately withholding information from their customers.

Either way, the complete lack of transparency has us struggling to recommend them as your go-to CBD oil website. We suggest finding a company that is prepared to relinquish vital product information.

  1. I’d say that there are CBD products which are much better and you can get those for the same price or cheaper. Another thing, apart from what you’ve mentioned, that put me off of buying Amrita CBD oil is that they barely have anything to chose from. Only four products on their website and two of those are just different concentrations.
