You’ve probably heard of CBD oil by now, but have you heard of it for your pet? CBD oil is all the rage at the moment, mainly because it’s all natural.

For those of you who have been waiting for a natural alternative to prescription medication to come along, now is your time. What’s even better is that you can share these natural remedies with your pet, and both of you can be healthy without the nasty side effects.

Naturally, you’ve got a large number of companies to choose from when it comes to deciding where to buy your product. Some are great, some not so much.

Canna-Pet: The Details

Most companies in the CBD oil industry are trying to make the most of a niche, so three guesses which niche Canna Pet fits into. While this may seem obvious, you may be surprised to hear that they are actually one of the pioneering pet CBD oil companies, and are considered by many to be the go-to source for CBD related pet products.

In fact, there are currently over two hundred vets that use Canna Pet products, so if this doesn’t add shine to their reputation, we don’t know what will. We all know how important pets are to us, which is why they deserve the same kind of treatment that we get.

Canna-Pet makes a broad range of CBD pet products for both dogs and cats. They range in price from as little as $17 to as much as $160. Blending their CBD oil with terpenes, Canna-Pet is one of the first CBD oil companies to create a product that can be taken by the average household pet, too. As we have mentioned, Canna-Pet is also wowing the vet industry, with over two hundred currently stocked with their product.

They offer both capsules and even biscuits in their CBD oil pet range. They are one of only a few CBD oil pet products that you can get over the counter, making them even more appealing. They take their profit and put it straight back into their business, making sure that they’re constantly looking forward to the next best idea for your pet when it comes to natural treatments.

With all these vets on their books, you’re bound to find a few positive reviews out there. While Canna Pet has been in trouble with the FDA in the past regarding medical claims that they have made about their pet products, they are currently working to comply with regulations and keep moving forward with their innovative pet products.

The biggest thing we don’t like about Canna-Pet is they do not have any information regarding where they source their hemp from, and they haven’t included any lab test results on their website for customers to take a look at.

Final Thoughts

Canna-Pet looks great from the outside, with all its vet credentials and the claim that it is a pioneer of the CBD oil pet industry.

However, the last two features that we discussed have proved to be too much for us, and as a result, we cannot recommend them as a viable option, for you or your pet.

Making sure that you have sourcing information available and that your lab test results are up to date and accessible for your customers is essential to staying in the CBD oil business.

Without these, we have no way of knowing whether their products are safe to consume or not. For these reasons, we cannot condone the use of Canna-Pet products.
